Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use Wagilo lawfully. A business user is responsible for the information entered by or for their business, the permissions given to staff or clients, and the professional decisions made using that information.
Guidance, records and professional responsibility
Wagilo helps organise information and may present reminders or readiness guidance. It does not grant a licence, certify compliance, replace veterinary advice, legal advice, accounting advice or local-authority guidance, or guarantee that a record will satisfy a regulator, insurer or court. Users remain responsible for checking the rules that apply to their work and for animal welfare and safety decisions.
Owner portal and owner app
Dog owners receive access through a dog-care provider. The provider remains responsible for its services, bookings, prices, invoices, care decisions and client relationship. Wagilo supplies the technical platform and is not the provider of the underlying dog-care service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or use Wagilo to send deceptive or unsolicited communications. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Wagilo the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, synchronise and display it to the people you authorise, solely to operate and support the service. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit personal information, photographs and documents.
Availability and changes
Wagilo is still evolving and may be offered for testing before general release. Features may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We will take reasonable care in operating the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Charges
Any paid plan, trial period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before a user agrees to pay. No wording on this public website creates a paid subscription by itself.
Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using Wagilo and request account deletion through the account deletion process. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment under an agreed paid plan. Legal and professional record-retention duties may affect immediate deletion of particular records.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Wagilo is not responsible for the dog-care services supplied by users, professional decisions made by users, indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by information a user entered incorrectly or failed to preserve elsewhere when a backup was reasonably required.
If you use Wagilo for business purposes, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Wagilo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise. This limit will be reconsidered before paid subscriptions begin.
Intellectual property
Wagilo’s software, brand, interface and original materials remain protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant a limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Wagilo.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
